I think it is time to create a "Table of Organization". We need leadership, and more than that, organization and direction.
I feel like a I am not contributing, even though I hold a chair. I need direction. Who is my resource? We need to start sanctioning races... What is the process?

I have to agree whole heartedly. As President I should be the one lighting fires under everyone, but obviously am not doing the job.
Basically, we only have a handful of people that are actively doing anything. And that is too bad.

The T.O. is a table that illustrates reporting relationships and who is accountable for what. It can be as simple as titles or as specific as to who is in each level.
I don't know if you have looked at the Constitution, but if not do so. they are located at www.waveclass.org
Perhaps that will give you some idea of who is to do what.
I will be at the CABB thingy on Saturday and if I can keep my teeth from chattering perhaps we can talk some more.
