On the Old Forum and NAMSA Forum, a gentleman named Frank wants to have a Sept 11 Memorial Regatta sanctioned by NAMSA. I submitted something a couple of months back on what a NAMSA-sanctioned regatta might look like and only got two negative comments. Should we dust this thing off, discuss it, get something on paper, and answer Frank?
