I can change the reply address to whoever needs to be counting votes (who is that?) so that the reply votes will be immediatly sent to the correct person. The message body of the vote message will read something like the following (comments please) - a bunch of this is fictional but I do need to know who should be responsible for what.

Because we are an organization by the sailors, for the sailors, our constitution stipulates that we must have a majority vote from at least of 60% of the membership in order to make any constitutional changes.
