Jake is making up a banner for his RV and will be parking in a noticable area to start taking membership registrations.
He has asked if anyone was doing a brochure, and who will be there to help him field questions.

Tami and I discussed this already and agreed that she will send them to me for the event. Again, during the off times, if anyone wants to hang around and help answer any questions (keep the area looking busy too!) you are welcome to. You just have to bring your most of your own beer!

Great that Tami will get you brochures.
Right about keeping pro-NAMSA folks around your area to answer questions -- even if they aren't on the Board. There are many, many backers of NAMSA that are not on the Board.., so let's use them.
We sent a stack of 150 magazines to Nigel for handouts at registration and all of them have subscription forms on the back cover. Perhaps you can have Nigel make some copies of the back cover, or just use the magazines.

It would be before, but we're leaving today to stay with my Mama who is having gall bladder surgery this wkend.

I'll be there too- Arriving (very) late Wednesday night and camping so will look for you. I'll be busy with the F 16HP stuff but will help out when/how I can and put a "sticker" on my sail!!
