The newly proposed bylaws were passed unanimously.
This means the new dues structure will be $20 and include Catamaran Sailor Magazine (with at least two pages as NAMSA News), and Chapter Dues will be $50
Also, the new bylaws eliminated having to have a quorum of 50% for voting. Instead, Ballots will be mailed to all Individual and Chapter Members with about 30 days to respond. In other words, everyone gets a vote.
This should streamline the operation to be full bore.
Thanks for asking.., and I will get back to you next week by email. Gotta go to Cleve Clinic for a bit of a heart operation thing today. 
Should be home by Saturday.
