I'm located in South Florida and am in need of a boom. The H16 I bought did not come with one. I can't seem to find any that are anywhere near me. Does anyone maybe have a spare lying around?

Any chance the boom is rolled up in the main sail? Common with H16 since its attached at the foot.

Congrats on the Hobie 16 - great first cat! Since you’re in South Florida, you might try posting in local sailing clubs or online region-specific sailing classifieds; someone may have a spare boom they’re willing to part with. Also check with local marine yards or second-hand shops - older booms for H16s often pop up when owners upgrade. In the meantime, when sourcing one, double-check the length, mast clamp compatibility, and condition of the extrusion to make sure it’ll fit safely. Good luck finding it!
David Clark in Dallas may have one... We have a local who has acquired a lot of parts.. he's tough to get a hold of recently, but I know he has several.
