There's a sail test and report on the Shockwave in the latest Yachts & Yachting. This year's F18 circuit is going to be very interesting <img src="<>/cool.gif" alt="cool" title="cool" height="15" width="15" />

No, not forward like the Spitfire. It has small

Chines

in the hulls near the stern.

According to The Daily Sail:

Quote

Another key benefit of the Shockwave is its price currently £12,750, which thanks to the exchange rate and introductory price is substantially less
than the competition. The Shockwave is rolling into production at present with five boats expected to be competing at the Eurocat event in Carnac at the beginning of May.

That's $18,387 USD. More than the Infusion, Tiger or Capricorn, but less than the Wildcat for US sailors.

Does the 12,750 include VAT? because you can drop that off for international orders I believe.

Volume up front means more volume forward in the hulls, thus reduces pitchpoling!

Is that length forward of the mast, or circumference around the hulls up front, or both?
