[#22220]

Wish we could have been at Spring fever, but the boat is getting closer...

Rig fits fine and we have working rudders. Think we might need bigger ones tho...

Now to work out some kind of bow foil/spreader bar- jib sheeting and then spin or hooter. (and some dagger boards <img src=

Get a bow foil off a Nacra 5.5Sl. and you can tie the spin pole to it.

Is that the 18HT? As it happens I saw a cat today in a yard at Montrose Harbor while I was out scouting launching locations. I wasn't sure what it was, but the hulls looked a bit like yours. I took a few photos, though without realizing my camera was set on shutter priority - so they were a bit blurred. Here's the best of them. Could this be an HT?

Thanks for that Bill. Now I've just gotta figure out how they get it into the water there.

I use a sunfish boom as a foil on my Dart 20, allows me to use a Tornado Jib.

How did you mount it? any pics?

We have Sunfish sections and regular small mast sections that could work.

I am not keen on adding access ports but there is no access to the inside of the bow sections

I will try and get pictures Sunday for you. I used a stainless steel eye-bolt drilled through the Sunfish Boom at an angle, bridal wires attatch to the eye by a shackle.
