Please Try Out the Calendar

I had some issues with the calendar that should be fixed now. 

This new event calendar should be a great resource once it is known. It will enable you to easily submit the event details without having to re-submit the the Organizers and Venue information since those are created the first time they are used by an event, then can be reused as needed on future events but selecting off a list.

So you not only get a page for events like

But also a Venue that hosts many events can have a detail page with all of their events listed like

And Organizers (looking at you CRAM) have an easy way to link to their events.

Since the venues include maps, when an event is assigned to a venue there is a map available on the event details page.

Events can be submitted by any logged in member, they still need to be approved before appearing live on the site, just in case there is obvious problems with the submissions.

So go ahead and try out the calendar submission process. If you know the needed details on a real future event, go ahead and submit it, or you can just make the title TEST EVENT to try things out and get used to the process and I'll delete it later.
